An Enterprise Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring Digital Air Strike is meeting or exceeding our service-level agreements (SLAs) and partnership objectives with our existing OEMs and identified Enterprise Partners. The Enterprise Program Coordinator role will work cross-functionally to ensure this goal is met while also providing program success metrics to our Enterprise and OEM partners and to the DAS team internally. This position is full-time onsite at our headquarters in Old Town Scottsdale.

Responsibilities

The Enterprise Program Coordinator will help drive revenue, client retention, and Enterprise partner satisfaction through:

  • Owning our client and internal education about OEM programs through updating and maintaining our OEM SharePoint site and correlated documentation, as well as creating and presenting OEM program training materials
  • Assisting with creating and maintaining marketing materials for Enterprise program enrollments
  • Ensuring DAS is hitting program goals, meeting SLAs, and providing value to our partners through cadence-based reporting and Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Tracking program due dates and deliverables to help hold others accountable to deadlines ensuring they are meeting critical milestones for any projects in the launch phase

Requirements 

  • 3+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in the Automotive industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially exceptional presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to think critically and arrive at a conclusion with minimal assistance from others
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain productivity and attention to detail amid competing priorities and tight deadlines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of Customer Experience technology, Advertising Technology, and Digital Marketing
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and project management tools such as SFDC and/or MS Dynamics is required
