Paid Search and Analytics Specialist

Scottsdale, AZ

We are looking for a Paid Search and Analytics Specialist to join our growing team, onsite, at our office in Old Town, Scottsdale.

This role provides overall customer solutions implementing campaigns using multiple digital marketing aspects into a complete and custom solution with a focus on Paid Search, SEO and corresponding analytics. This includes analyzing a client’s specific goals, target audience, and other marketing efforts to develop a strategy. The position will have various reporting responsibilities as it relates to the department’s overall KPIs, including but not limited to establishing KPI benchmarks, the creation of reporting and helping to solution and implement improvements to help constantly achieve departmental KPIs.  

Responsibilities

Daily:  

  • Report on campaigns (how we did it, results, best practices, optimizing together, share with team) 
  • Involved in campaign development for prospects and new sales for all paid search clients.  
  • Reviewing campaigns for performance and suggested improvements on overall strategy – provide detailed on-going analytics for improved campaigns.  
  • Available for any direct client interaction: deep results analysis and campaign update recommendations.
  • Google Analytics and SEM Rush analysis, tracking, and reporting. 
  • Provide Google Data Studios reporting as requested; add enhanced reporting for clients to help show the value of our products, campaigns and services.  
  • Evaluate and implement technology/trends for improving campaign packages. 
  • Escalation team member for campaign performance issues and correction 

 Weekly:   

  • Weekly stand up to review issues, goals and /or training items 
  • Weekly reporting for CA and Sales on performance metrics of campaigns (develop, review with manager, and deploy)   
  • Ongoing learning opportunities will be carried out on a weekly and /or monthly cadence; Some may be in the form of training sessions; others may be independent learning. 
  • Recap last week’s cases with director to identify trends/opportunities to prevent. 
  • Scope and implement process changes when needed. 

 Monthly: 

  • Share trends, performance issues, and wins with Media Performance team  
  • Analysis of campaign retention, performance, and revenue numbers 
  • Prove out performance of optimized campaigns vs standard. 
  • Recap and evaluate completed and in-progress projects with Director. 
  • Assist with training of new Media Performance team members.  
  • Account allocation  
  • Available for guidance and issue resolution 
  • QA of new hire output and educate on best practices.
